Behind Closed Doors ships all packages via UPS and offers three shipping methods for your convenience:
UPS SurePost: $9.00 (plus $1 per item)
UPS 2-Day: $20.50
UPS Next Day: $31.50



Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the intimate nature of the Behind Close Doors product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.

To exchange a defective item:

Call Customer Service at 1-(209) 286-6468 to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Write your RMA number on the product’s original packaging. (Sorry, returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the defective item. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.)
Package the product and all batteries and accessories that came with your product. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and circle the listing of the product that is defective..
